8 MIN PROFESSIONAL AB CRUSHER - short, hard & burns like fire - Sixpack goes Eightpack

My arms were sore for 3 DAYS after doing this! :D If you are in love with pain (of burning muscles) this one is for you ♥︎ Turn your arms into jiggeling jelly… for a good cause.
